• There are two different packages: workshops registration package and full conference registration package

• Hotels can be booked during the registration process

• Workshops registration package (14-15 March):

  • All workshops are open to all registered participants free of charge.

  • The reception is included but the Thursday excursion and banquet are not included.

  • To join the Thursday excursion and banquet, participants should register using the full conference registration package.

• Full Conference registration package (14-17 March):

  • All workshops are open to all registered participants free of charge.

  • The reception, excursion and banquet are included.
